Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hardware & Paint Sales Executive to grow our market share. You will manage dealer networks, drive sales of paints and related hardware products, and provide technical expertise to clients such as contractors, painters, and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer & Channel Management: Expand our existing dealer network, ensure regular stocking of materials.
• Business Development: Actively identify and onboard new plywood shops, hardware stores, and building supply retailers.
• Lead Generation: Regularly visit ongoing construction sites and collaborate directly with end-users (contractors, painters, interior designers) to generate leads. [
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Provide expert advice on paint properties, hardware compatibility, and color matching.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales volumes, product growth targets, and revenue goals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regional market trends.
• Account Receivables: Ensure timely billing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and manage financial collection cycles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum [e.g., 2-3] years of frontline sales experience, specifically in the paint, adhesives, or hardware retail/distribution industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent local communication, and basic proficiency with CRM software.
• Attributes: High resilience, target-driven, and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
