Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager who can manage project communication, team coordination, task tracking and timely delivery of work across multiple clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing projects, taking requirements, coordinating with internal teams, conducting daily meetings, tracking tasks on project management tools and ensuring that work is completed on time.

This is not an accounting, admin, clerical or social media executive role.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a project management, business analyst, client coordination, delivery management or operations role and can take complete ownership of execution.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project coordination between management, clients and internal teams
  • Take requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the team
  • Create, assign and track tasks on ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Conduct daily team meetings, standups and follow-ups
  • Track work progress across multiple clients and projects
  • Follow up with content, design, video, ads, website and automation teams
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed as per deadline
  • Coordinate feedback, revisions and approvals
  • Maintain project trackers, daily reports and delivery updates
  • Identify delays, blockers and execution gaps
  • Push team members for timely completion of work
  • Ensure no task is missed, delayed or left without ownership
  • Share daily progress updates with management
  • Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, client coordination or delivery management
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience in handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to manage internal teams and daily task delivery
  • Knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Asana or similar tools
  • Good understanding of project workflows and deadlines
  • Comfortable taking daily meetings and team updates
  • Ability to document requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Fast response time
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
