Job Title: Solar Process Executive / Lead Generation & Sales Executive (Australia Process)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Solar Process Executive for the Australia market. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and sales support for solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, outbound calling experience, and the ability to generate quality leads and convert opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the Australian market.
• Generate quality leads for solar products and services.
• Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, and offerings to potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in CRM/software.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional customer communication.
• Ensure high-quality customer interaction and process compliance.
• Eligibility / RequirementsMinimum 1 year of outbound calling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Solar Process (Australia) will be preferred and considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
• Positive attitude with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in lead generation, telesales, or international sales process.
• Experience in Australian solar campaigns/processes is highly desirable.
