Role Overview

Are you a natural communicator who loves helping people reach their goals? We are hiring an enthusiastic and performance-driven Telecounselor to connect with potential applicants, guide them through our offerings, and support their decision-making process

!Key Responsibilities

Counsel & Assist: Contact prospective candidates/students over the phone to explain program details, benefits, and growth pathways

.Identify Needs: Listen actively to understand applicant goals, answer questions clearly, and address doubts with confidence and empathy.

Convert Prospects: Perform regular follow-ups via phone or messaging, build strong rapport, and walk candidates through enrollment/registration

.Record & Track: Maintain updated candidate statuses, call logs, and interaction notes in the database/CRM

.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate.

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, counseling, or customer support (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply!).

Language: Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic/good English (knowing regional languages is a big plus).

Core Skills: Persuasive speaking, active listening, customer orientation, and phone etiquette.
