Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and receive inbound calls as required
• Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses in the system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and efficient manner
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines while ensuring quality communication
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors for performance improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Good verbal communication skills in English and/or local language
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Strong listening and convincing skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage

Working Conditions:

• Office-based / Call center environment
• 6 working days per week
• Shift timings as per company policy
