Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, and generate leads or provide support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
