Job Description
Indiapreneur is looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to connect with potential learners, explain our course offerings, and help them take the next step in their professional journey.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads and explain course offerings.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication.
- Answer queries from prospective students and provide accurate information about programs and services.
- Build strong relationships and trust with potential students.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Strong convincing and rapport-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or sales experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
