We are hiring a results-driven Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our financial products and services, and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and has a passion for achieving targets. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the financial industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Make outbound calls to potential clients from a given database.

*  Clearly and confidently explain our financial products and services.

*  Answer questions about the company and its offerings.

*  Generate qualified leads for the sales team by setting up appointments or follow-ups.

*  Maintain a detailed record of calls and client information in the CRM system.

*  Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

*  Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  **Education:** Diploma or equivalent qualification.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling or B2C sales will have an advantage.

*  **Language:** Good communication skills in English.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  *  Persuasive and goal-oriented.

  *  Ability to handle objections and remain professional.

  *  Basic computer skills.

*  **Gender:** Female candidates are preferred.

*  **Age:** 20 - 35 years.
