Job Description
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, including distributors, stockists, and medical professionals across India to promote [PCD Pharma franchise opportunities].
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and contact potential partners, explain product portfolios (e.g., Tablets, Capsules, Syrups), and convert leads into franchise partners.
Order Management: Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on potential deals, secure advance payments, and process orders.
Client Retention: Maintain existing client relationships to secure monthly repeat orders.
Documentation & CRM: Accurately log call details, update the CRM system, and manage client data in Excel.
Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch and billing departments regarding shipments and stock availability.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
