Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
  • Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Needs Assessment: Ask targeted questions to understand client requirements and suggest the best-suited solutions.
  • Follow-ups: Keep in touch with prospects to close sales deals or nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases and call logs in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, or monthly calling quotas and sales metrics
