About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trucking, factory dispatch management, transportation coordination, and labour management. The role requires ensuring timely dispatches, efficient vehicle utilization, and seamless coordination between production, warehouse, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per production and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters and trucking vendors to ensure timely vehicle availability.
• Manage factory dispatch operations and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch execution.
• Monitor dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter records.
• Optimize vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.
• Handle transporter negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Resolve customer delivery concerns and ensure high service levels.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase dispatch efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in factory dispatch operations is mandatory.
