Visa / Immigration Consultant

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Tele Caller/Visa Counselor specializing in study visas, tourist/visitor visas, and immigration processes for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and others. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Who can apply

• Candidates with experience in visa/immigration / overseas education counselling
• Freshers with very good English and communication skills who are interested in building a career in the immigration industry.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel walk-in and online enquiries on study, tourist and immigration options
• Explain eligibility, documentation and timelines clearly to clients
• Handle application forms, document checklists and file submissions
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of client status and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly targets related to client meetings, applications and conversions

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi/Punjabi
• Confident in speaking to clients over phone and in person
• Good convincing and counselling skills
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, CRM tools)
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
