Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant
Location= CHANDIGARH SECTOR 34 A
Salary₹24,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job DescriptionWe are a growing Immigration & Overseas Education Consultancy and are looking for experienced Visa Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa processes and excellent client-handling skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients for Study Visa, Tourist Visa, PR (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Europe, etc.)
- Understand client profiles and recommend the best visa options
- Explain eligibility, documentation, timelines, and visa procedures
- Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online enquiries
- Assist clients with application forms, SOPs, and document checklists
- Coordinate with documentation and filing teams
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
- Stay updated with latest immigration rules and policies
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–5 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant
- Strong knowledge of study/work visa processes
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Punjabi preferred)
- Client-focused, confident, and professional attitude
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (Email, CRM, MS Office)
- Preferred CandidatesExperience in Canada / Australia / New Zealand visas
- Prior work in a registered immigration consultancy
