Job Description
We are a well-established retail store dealing in premium crockery, home décor, kitchenware, appliances, and household essentials. We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day billing and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills accurately and efficiently using billing software.
- Handle daily billing transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Record and maintain all financial entries, including cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile daily collections and manage end-of-day reports.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper accounting of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Assist in maintaining stock-related entries.
- Coordinate with management regarding pending payments, accounts, and financial records.
- Maintain organized documentation of invoices, bills, and financial records.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting and billing activities.
