Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage customer invoices and billing records accurately.
• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Record sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
• Maintain GST-related documentation and assist in GST filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing discrepancies and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and support management with accounting data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents and invoices.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
