Maintain cash book and verify cash balance

Handle cash receipts and payments securely

5. Labour Payments

Prepare and process labour wages

Maintain attendance and wage records

Ensure timely and accurate payment to workers

Comply with labour laws and statutory requirements

6. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage invoices, payments, and collections

Track outstanding dues and follow up

7. Payroll Management

Calculate salaries, deductions, and bonuses

Maintain employee payroll records

8. Auditing & Compliance

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with laws

Detect errors and prevent fraud

9. Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Prepare budgets and monitor expenses

Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements

10. Software & Reporting

Use accounting software like Tally, Excel, etc.

Generate reports for management and auditors
