Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, payment processing, ledger reconciliations, and outstanding follow-ups.
  • GST Compliance: Prepare, file, and reconcile monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).
  • TDS Compliance: Deduct TDS, file quarterly returns, and issue Form 16A certificates.
  • Banking & Cash Flow: Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage daily petty cash.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain book accuracy up to Balance Sheet, track manufacturing inventory costs, and coordinate with external auditors.
