Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (India-specific if applicable)
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Monitor financial transactions and flag discrepancies
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval
