Job Description

Role Overview

Own end-to-end vehicle delivery, registration (Vahan/HSRP), and dealership administration. This role ensures every vehicle is delivered smoothly, compliantly, and with complete documentation, while keeping office operations structured and efficient.


Key Responsibilities


Office Administration (Physical Operations)

  • Manage filing systems (sales, registration, compliance documents)
  • Handle inward/outward documents and courier coordination
  • Oversee office upkeep, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain licenses, compliance records, and renewal tracking
  • Manage employee files and basic HR documentation

Vehicle Delivery & Registration

  • Coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery with sales, accounts, and accessories teams
  • Ensure all documents are complete before delivery
  • Process RC and HSRP via Vahan portal
  • Track registration status and ensure timely completion
  • Handle RTO-related coordination and compliance

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all vehicle sales
  • Ensure all documentation is audit-ready
  • Track pending cases and follow up for closure


KRAs

  1. On-time, error-free vehicle deliveries
  2. Timely RC & HSRP completion
  3. Zero documentation gaps in audits
  4. Smooth day-to-day office operations


Requirements

  1. 1+ year in dealership ops / admin / documentation
  2. Familiarity with Vahan / RTO preferred
  3. Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  4. High attention to detail
