Job Summary

We are seeking a tech-savvy, process-oriented AI Executive with a passion for leveraging generative AI, low-code automation tools, and machine learning models to revolutionize day-to-day business operations. In this role, your primary objective will be to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy smart AI solutions that eliminate manual effort, streamline workflows, and measurably boost team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Analyze existing business and administrative processes to design, build, and deploy automated, AI-driven workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.

• Model Implementation & Prompt Engineering: Utilize and fine-tune various commercial AI models (such as LLMs for text, vision tools, and data parsing agents) to assist teams. Build and maintain a centralized internal repository of high-performing prompts and templates.

• Productivity Tools Management: Integrate AI-powered productivity suites into daily operations (e.g., AI-driven documentation, automated report generation, and meeting summaries) to reduce administrative overhead.

• Data & Document Processing: Deploy Document AI tools to automate data extraction, file culling, and formatting tasks for data-heavy and workflow-heavy operations.

• Internal Training & SOPs: Turn traditional operational workflows into AI-assisted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Educate and train internal team members on how to use new AI tools effectively to optimize their daily outputs.

• Performance Monitoring: Set up basic dashboards or tracking systems to monitor the accuracy, adoption rates, and tangible time-saving impacts of implemented AI tools.

Required Technical Skills & Tool Familiarity

• AI Models & Ecosystems: Hands-on experience working with leading LLMs and generative tools (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude).

• Automation Frameworks: Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar low-code environments.

• Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to construct complex, structured system prompts to elicit highly precise outputs from AI models.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong technical orientation.

• Certification: Certification in AI Tools

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional logical reasoning skills; ability to look at a manual, repetitive task and immediately visualize an automated shortcut.

• Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical AI concepts into simple, practical guidelines for non-technical team members.

• Adaptability: Highly curious and eager to stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, testing new tools and frameworks as they emerge.
