Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing travel process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international flight bookings and ticketing using Amadeus GDS, while delivering excellent service to our global clients.
- Shift: Starting from 5, 6 or 7 AM IST (⏱️ Flexible Timing)
- Key Responsibilities: Handle international flight bookings and reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Provide clients with accurate fares, routings, and ticketing options
- Process air tickets, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email, chat, or phone
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools
- Assist with itinerary planning and travel documentation if needed
