Assistant Store Keeper

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage and maintain inventory, ensure proper storage of materials, and handle stock-related activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of inventory management and a keen eye for detail.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and transactions
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
• Issue materials as per requirements while maintaining proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of goods
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines
• Requirements:1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/software is a plus)
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle physical work when required
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Preferred Skills:Experience in stock auditing and reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Working Conditions:Full-time role
• May require handling of physical stock and materials
