Automobile Sales Executive

Role Overview:

You’ll be the face of the dealership—guiding customers through their buying journey, from first interaction to final delivery. This role is about building trust, understanding needs, and helping customers choose the right vehicle while consistently achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Interact with walk-in and digital leads to understand customer requirements
• Demonstrate vehicles and guide customers through features and benefits
• Offer and coordinate test rides to drive purchase decisions
• Convert enquiries into sales while delivering a great customer experience

Sales Process & Conversions

• Follow the defined sales process to ensure consistency and quality
• Handle objections confidently and recommend the right product
• Assist customers with financing, exchange, and add-on products (insurance, accessories, extended warranty)
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Actively participate in on-ground (BTL) marketing activities
• Generate referral leads through existing customers
• Maintain strong follow-up on all assigned leads until closure

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all enquiries in the IT system (MIS)
• Prepare and manage all required sales documentation
• Ensure smooth coordination for vehicle delivery
• Deliver a premium handover experience to customers

Continuous Learning

• Participate in training programs and self-learning initiatives
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

What Success Looks Like (KRAs)

1. Achievement of monthly retail sales targets
2. Strong conversion from enquiry → test ride → sale
3. Growth in add-on sales (accessories, insurance, extended warranty)
4. Low customer drop-off / lost enquiries
5. High customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business

• Strong communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi and English)
• A confident, customer-first approach
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable riding a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Basic computer proficiency
