Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listings Management
- Create and upload new product listings on Shopify
- Write and format product titles, descriptions, and specifications
- Upload and optimize product images (basic editing understanding is a plus)
- Ensure listings follow brand guidelines and SEO best practices
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Regularly update stock levels on Shopify
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for accurate inventory data
- Monitor out-of-stock products and update availability
- Maintain SKU-level accuracy across products
3. Catalog Maintenance
- Update pricing, variants, bundles, and offers
- Organize products into collections/categories
- Ensure consistency across all listings
4. Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Perform regular audits to avoid errors in listings
- Track product performance basics (optional but preferred)
- Maintain clean backend data for smooth operations
- Requirements1–3 years experience in Shopify or e-commerce backend operations
- Familiarity with product listing, SKUs, variants, and inventory systems
- Good attention to detail (this role is accuracy-heavy)
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle bulk uploads (CSV) is a plus
- Good to Have (Not Mandatory)Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Familiarity with apps/plugins inside Shopify
