Experience: Freshers to 1yr of experience.

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Credit Operations Executives to support banking back-office operations related to credit processing and loan servicing. The role involves reviewing customer documents, verifying data, processing credit applications, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process loan and credit-related applications.
• Verify customer information and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, credit, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and maintain process documentation.
• Support loan disbursement, servicing, and post-disbursement activities.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or back-office operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related disciplines.

Experience in banking operations, financial services, loan processing, account servicing, or back-office operations is preferred.

Freshers with good analytical skills may also apply.
