Job Description
Job Title:
Business Development Associate (Lead Qualification & Sales)
Location: Chandigarh

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to manage lead qualification, client engagement, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, nurturing leads, and assisting in closing real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification & Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Prioritize high-intent prospects and route them to the sales team
2. Client Interaction
- Conduct initial discovery calls with potential buyers/investors
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
3. Sales Support & Conversion
- Assist senior sales managers in closing deals
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups with clients
- Coordinate between clients, developers, and internal teams
4. Business Development
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and lead conversion
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline
- Track KPIs like conversion rate, response time, and deal closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and client-facing roles
- Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
