Job Description
Hiring: Aviation Trainer/ Ground Staff Trainer
We are looking for an experienced and a fresher Aviation Trainer to lead our integrated training program and prepare aspirants for the industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Training: Deliver modules on Aviation, Grooming, English, and Soft Skills.
- Mentorship: Provide interview prep and post-placement counseling.
- Coordination: Manage the training calendar and organize industry field trips.
- Collaboration: Connect with guest lecturers and support center projects.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in training or coaching.
Strong knowledge of effective teaching techniques.
It's 5 day working job ( Saturday and Sunday off)
