Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth restaurant service.
* Welcome guests warmly and maintain excellent guest relations throughout the dining experience.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery.
* Guide guests with menu recommendations, ingredients, and signature dishes of Burmese cuisine.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained in the dining area.
* Train and support stewards and junior service staff when required.
* Monitor table setup, reservations, and proper service sequence.
* Maintain POS billing accuracy and assist in daily closing procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed personality with a guest-focused attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Knowledge of fine dining or casual premium dining service standards preferred.
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
* Team handling and leadership abilities.
* Upselling and guest engagement skills.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
