Career Advancement Officer Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand each candidate's career goals and current challenges.
• Recommend suitable Career Accelerator Services based on individual requirements.
• Explain the benefits of Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Optimization, Interview Preparation, Dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) Service, Job Search Assistance, and other career services.
• Convert inquiries into paid customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for future career support.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Punjabi communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Confident speaking with candidates over phone and video meetings.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, recruitment, education, HR, or customer service is preferred.
