Egg Cult is a fast-growing all-day breakfast QSR focused on Japanese-style sandos, bagels, specialty coffee, smoothie bowls and fresh grab-and-go food. We're building a modern food brand with ambitions to expand across multiple cities.

We're looking for a strong kitchen leader who can help us improve consistency, systems and execution as we scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and service

• Ensure consistency across all menu items

• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff

• Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards

• Manage prep, inventory and wastage

• Implement SOPs and improve kitchen efficiency

• Assist with new product development and menu improvements

• Ensure smooth execution during peak service hours

• Take ownership of kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience as a CDP, Senior Chef or Kitchen Supervisor

• Experience in QSR, cafés, cloud kitchens or modern casual dining preferred

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Ability to manage and train a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and ownership mindset

• Experience with breakfast, sandwiches, bakery, brunch or café concepts is a plus
