Job Description
Oversee, manage, and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on-site to ensure project execution aligns with design plans and safety standards.
Manage on-site operations, supervising labor, sub-contractors, and tracking material inventory to minimize delays and resource waste.
Read, interpret, and implement blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
Perform regular quality checks on construction materials and workmanship to maintain high engineering standards.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, coordinate with project managers, and resolve any technical execution challenges on-site.
