Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Commi-1 ,Commi-2 & Commi-3 with experience in continental cuisine. The candidate will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and support the senior chefs in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and standards
- Assist senior chefs (Chef de Partie / Sous Chef) in kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Check stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment
- Properly store food items and ingredients
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in continental cuisine
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hotels or restaurants
- Understanding of sauces, grills, and plating
