Egg Cult is India’s all-day breakfast fast-casual brand, serving gourmet sandos, specialty matcha, coffee, and clean comfort food. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Egg Cult SOPs.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Handle mise en place and daily prep before service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (griddle, fryer, induction, etc.).
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock or wastage.
• Follow FIFO and food storage guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Work closely with the Head Chef/CDP to improve speed and quality.
• Ensure all opening and closing kitchen checklists are completed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or QSR.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Preferred

• Experience in cafés, sandwich kitchens, breakfast concepts, or fast-casual restaurants.
• Familiarity with inventory management and kitchen SOPs.
