Job Description
A Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food while maintaining hygiene, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes .
Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients before cooking.
Store food properly and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist in planning menus and suggesting new dishes when required.
