Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Zevpoint's EV charging solutions. Your role is to understand customer requirements, recommend the right products, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to order.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for surveys, installations and order execution.
- Support customers and channel partners with product information and technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Desired Profile 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales or Customer Success.
- Background in Electrical, Electronics, EV, Solar or Industrial Products preferred.
- Excellent communication, follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Technically inclined with a problem-solving mindset.
