Customer Care Executive
Location: Mohali, Sector 67
Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Salary:
- Hindi/English: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 In-hand
- English: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand
- Punjabi: ₹12,500 In-hand
Shift:
- Day Shift
- 6 Days Working
Eligibility:
- Basic to good communication in Hindi & English / English / Punjabi
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Undergraduate and Graduate both can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over calls
- Provide accurate information and support
