Job Description

Role Overview:

Provide technical support to end-users by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide support for operating systems (Windows, basic Linux/Mac if required)
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Install and update software applications
  • Handle IT tickets and resolve issues within SLA
  • Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Maintain antivirus, security patches, and system updates
  • Assist in data backup and recovery
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office
  • Basic networking
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)
