Job Description:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Specialist) to join our Immigration company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
✅ Generate quality leads for immigration and visa services
✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI
✅ Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns
✅ Manage advertising budgets effectively
✅ Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
✅ Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
✅ Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and digital marketing strategies
Requirements:✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads management
✔ Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization
✔ Knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
✔ Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools is a plus
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
