Role OverviewDavinCred is hiring a Field Collections Agent to handle on-ground recovery of pending EMIs and outstanding dues from customers across the Chandigarh Tricity region. The role is focused on field visits, customer interactions, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining a professional and compliant approach.

• ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their home or workplace to remind and collect overdue payments.
• Clearly explain pending amounts, EMI structure, and available repayment options.
• Discuss and record repayment plans when customers are unable to clear dues immediately.
• Confirm and update customer address and contact details; report non-traceable or skip cases.
• Maintain a proper log of daily visits, commitments, and collections and share reports with the team.
• Safely handle and deposit all collections (cash/cheque/online) as per company procedure.
• Flag suspected fraud or willful default cases to seniors with complete details.
• Follow DavinCred’s collection guidelines and applicable legal norms at all times.
• Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Prior experience in field collections / recovery / microfinance / NBFC / bank collections is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas within Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula (knowledge of Kharar/Zirakpur is an add-on).
• Able to communicate confidently in Hindi; basic English and Punjabi will be helpful.
• Must own a two‑wheeler with valid driving licence and a smartphone.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable spending most of the day on field.
