Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience Required (Mandatory)

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, preferably in Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, Food Distribution, or HORECA Sales.

Freshers are strictly not eligible. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentVisit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, and Corporate Kitchens on a daily basis.
• Meet purchase managers, chefs, owners, and decision-makers to introduce the company's products and services.
• Promote the Mann Farm Fresh brand and generate new business opportunities.
• Present the company's product range, quality standards, and service capabilities.
• Convince customers to start business with the company and secure long-term supply contracts.
• Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings to develop long-term business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Market DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain daily visit reports, meeting records, and lead status.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and business development targets.
• Product KnowledgeGood knowledge of fresh fruits, vegetables, and exotic vegetables.
• Understand product quality, grades, seasonal availability, and shelf life.
• Explain product benefits and quality standards confidently to customers.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing ability.
• Confidence in meeting hotel and restaurant decision-makers.
• Ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Good knowledge of fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Note: This is a pure field sales role.
