Job Description:Grace Locks Limited is hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Officers to join our dynamic team. The role involves selling high-quality Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Chaukhats, Doors, and Windows directly to individual homeowners and through collaboration with industry professionals.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to meet potential clients (individual homeowners).
- Present product samples and conduct in-person product demonstrations.
- Invite customers to visit our display/showroom and provide guided walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with interior designers to develop customized concepts for clients.
- Close sales and follow up on orders as part of a team-based work environment.
- Visit architects and contractors regularly to develop strong business relationships and generate leads.
- Required Experience:1–3 years in Sales and Marketing, ideally with experience working with Real Estate Developers, Property Dealers, or Construction-Related Products.
- Candidate Requirements: Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and client interactions.
- Must own a personal vehicle for commuting.
- Job Benefits: Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
