This is a pure field job involving regular travel for business development and market expansion. Interested candidates must own a personal vehicle for commuting.

Additional Requirement: Candidates must be based in or willing to travel frequently within the above locations.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travelling allowance

Grace Locks Limited is hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Officers to join our dynamic team. The role involves selling high-quality Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Chaukhats, Doors, and Windows directly to individual homeowners and through collaboration with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and evaluate potential project sites (residential, commercial, and under-construction) where doors, windows, kitchens, and wardrobes may be required.
• Meet with individual homeowners, builders, site engineers, and supervisors to introduce the company’s products and understand on-site requirements.
• Present product samples and conduct basic in-person demonstrations to generate interest and gather inquiries.
• Invite potential clients to visit the company’s showroom/display center and arrange guided walkthroughs with the in-house sales or design team.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with architects, contractors, property dealers, and real estate developers to generate leads and site references.
• Daily, visit new construction projects, renovation sites, and real estate developments to discover business opportunities.
• Gather and relay detailed site/project information back to the internal sales and execution team for follow-up.
• Maintain a daily log of site visits, contacts made, and inquiries collected to support sales planning and tracking.
• Represent the company professionally in the field, maintaining a positive image and building trust with potential clients and industry professionals.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, site scouting, or marketing, preferably in industries related to construction, building materials, interiors, or real estate.
• Familiarity with identifying and visiting construction sites or renovation projects where interior products are needed.
• Strong network or prior interaction with builders, site engineers, contractors, and property agents is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage a field-based schedule efficiently
• Comfortable with daily fieldwork and client interactions.
