Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and deployment of Paytm devices (Soundbox) in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Acquire new merchants and onboard them onto Paytm services (QR, Soundbox, EDC machines).
- Visit market/assigned area daily to generate leads and close sales.
- Ensure timely installation and activation of devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (NAP, device deployment, etc.).
- Provide product training and support to merchants.
- Resolve merchant issues and coordinate with backend teams.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification:
- Experience: 0–3 years in field sales (preferably fintech/telecom/FMCG)
- Mandatory Requirements:Two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory
- Android mobile phone is mandatory
