Job Description
Position OverviewVB Sales is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate business enquiries, develop customer relationships, and convert opportunities into sales for PETRONAS Industrial Lubricants and Daewoo Automotive Lubricants.
The ideal candidate may be an experienced lubricant sales professional or a confident fresher with strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential customers in industrial, automotive, transport, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors.
- Generate new enquiries through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and product presentations.
- Sales & Enquiry Conversion
- Understand customer lubrication requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries regularly.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management-Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Share market feedback with management.
- ReportingMaintain records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales closures.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.
