Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, reels covers, stories & carousels for client brands
• Create logos, brand identity & brand style guides
• Design marketing materials — flyers, brochures, posters & banners
• Design digital ad creatives for Meta & Google ads
• Create presentation decks & pitch decks for clients
• Work with social media & video team for consistent brand visuals
• Design thumbnails for YouTube & podcast covers
• Create packaging designs & product labels when required
• Make edits & revisions based on client feedback
• Deliver print-ready & web-optimised files on time

Required Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (must)
• Canva Pro (must)
• Adobe InDesign (preferred)
• CorelDRAW (preferred)
• Strong sense of typography, colour & layout
• Knowledge of social media post sizes & ad formats
• Basic knowledge of branding & logo design
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail & pixel-perfect design sense

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Visual Communication preferred
• Any design course — MAAC, Arena, Frameboxx etc. accepted

Experience:

• Freshers welcome — strong design portfolio required
• 0–2 years experience in graphic design, social media design or branding
• Must share design portfolio — Behance, PDF or Google Drive link accepted
