Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement robust sourcing strategies utilizing professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions), job boards, and social media.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and execute targeted recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate profiles and interactions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, engaging passive candidates and promoting our company culture.
  • Offers & Onboarding: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft offer letters, and coordinate the initial onboarding formalities for new hires.
