Job Description
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and deliverables with influencers
Coordinate content creation, approvals, and posting timelines
Track campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Monitor influencer content to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, influencer activities, and competitor campaigns
Manage influencer databases and maintain records of collaborations
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns with business objectives
Handle gifting campaigns, barter collaborations, and paid promotions
