Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is focused on data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting support under guidance. Ideal for freshers or candidates at the beginning of their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Data Entry

• Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally / accounting software
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation

2. Invoicing & Billing

• Prepare and issue sales invoices on time
• Verify invoices for accuracy (GST, pricing, quantities, etc.)
• Maintain invoice records and follow up on pending payments

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Record vendor bills and manage payment schedules
• Track receivables and assist in collection follow-ups
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts periodically

4. GST & Statutory Support

• Assist in GST data preparation (sales, purchase, returns)
• Maintain records required for audits and compliance
• Coordinate with CA for filings and clarifications

5. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Bank and cash reconciliation
• Maintain ledgers and supporting documents
• Generate basic MIS and accounting reports as required

6. General Accounts Support

• Maintain vouchers, bills, and financial files
• Support audits and internal checks
• Handle other routine accounting and finance tasks as assigned
