Junior Account Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage inventory-related accounting activities, inventory reconciliation, data entry, label printing, and operational reporting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory management and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Verify physical stock against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory data entry in ERP/accounting software.
• Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements.
• Generate and print product labels, barcodes, and shipment labels for outward goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and variance reports for management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
• Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions and audits.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
