Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for language proficiency (IELTS/PTE/Spoken English) focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
  • Prepare candidates for personal interviews, including mock interviews, confidence building, and communication enhancement
  • Assess candidates’ current proficiency levels and design customized learning plans
  • Provide regular feedback and track student progress to ensure improvement
  • Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises
  • Guide candidates on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and vocabulary enhancement
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions as required
  • Support candidates with real-time interview scenarios and role-play exercises
  • Stay updated with latest exam patterns, interview trends, and industry expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment/placement) to align training with job requirements
  • Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and evaluation reports
