- Assist clients with immigration applications, appeals, and legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws and policies.
- Handle client queries, including processing and coordinating refunds where appropriate.
