Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage imports, coordinate with domestic and international vendors, and ensure smooth movement of goods from suppliers to our warehouse and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage import shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport partners.
- Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for dispatches, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle import/export documentation and maintain logistics records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and order fulfillment.
- Resolve logistics and supply chain issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in imports, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable dealing with international suppliers and logistics partners
